The Citadella in Budapest, Hungary

This tourist activity requires strength, agility and speed. I haven’t exercised in a while and for some bizarre reason, I’ve been very sick of the weather. Citadella is located at the Gellert Hill in Buda. I didn’t have any idea how high it was but you know traveling needs no warning. In the next photos, you will see the 21st century architecture towering above the city of Budapest. Get ready cause this will be a POV (point of view) post! I made it appear like you’re climbing with me!
See that statue up there? That’s where we’re heading. 🙂

Have you ever felt your heart jumped? I seriously felt mine when I saw this beautiful bridge, halfway going up. Bellissima!

How high are we?

This was the first time that I felt sweat on my back! I removed my coat cause I was really feeling hot!

Travel tip: Always be physically fit. On the way down, I had cramps for I haven’t exercised in a long time! No warm up or stretching too! I know it might be a bit exaggerated for you but believe me, you need to be fit in climbing places like this.

Thank you Budapest for being amazing. You took my breath away every minute. Next top — PARIS!!!

Her style is to stay in one place she likes for 3 months (or more) to know what it feels like to eat, cook, speak and sleep in another culture that isn’t hers. She'd like to believe she's not traditionally traveling but she just chooses to be somewhere else all the time. Trisha also loves extremely spicy food, pineapples, plants and symmetry.
